To enter this competition you must add a page to
Story Four: The Adventurous Life of Bill
and continue the story currently underway.
Enter the A Page in my Life competition to win:
a Main prize of $25
OR
an ongoing competition draw prize of $10
Competition rules
Winning entries for this competition will receive the $25 main prize.
To enter you must submit a Template Page or a short outline illustrating the direction that you wish the story to take. If your Template Page, out of every consecutive batch of twenty-five that we receive, is judged to be the best you will win the main prize of $25 (US). Your winning entry will be archived and stands a chance of being used as a continuation in the thread of Story Four on this site.
All entries will be automatically added into our competition draw pool where you have an additional chance of winning an ongoing draw prize of $10. For every additional consecutive 25 entries received, a random draw-prize winner will be selected from all of the sequentially received entries to date and awarded the competition draw-prize of $10.
The more entries you have in the competition draw pool, the greater your chances of winning the ongoing competition draw prize. If you only want to enter the competition draw pool, submit a blank email with "Draw pool competition only" in the subject line. For every $2.00 (US) donation payable via the Paypal button displayed below you may submit one entry. And for each entry that you submit you may include a link to your blog or a website to be displayed on this site.
How to enter
To enter simply write your Template Page (or your four or five point outline) showing which direction you wish the story to take and send it to melinda@storywhiz.com.
For each $2.00 (US) donation payable via the Paypal button displayed below you may submit one Template Page entry. Include the Paypal Transaction ID to match your emailed Template Page entry.
* If you don't have a Paypal account as yet you can sign up for one by clicking on the Paypal button below.
All you require is an email address.
Your Paypal transaction will date-stamp your entry: your entry will be grouped according to when the Paypal payment was made and not according to when your emailed entry was received.

If you want to send multiple entries you can send your Template pages altogether in one email with the appropriate amount for the total number of entries:
